Austin C. Weinerman
Austin C. Weinerman joined SREA in June of 2012 and provides landlord and tenant representation for SREA’s Philadelphia CBD portfolio. Mr. Weinerman represents over 1.1 million square feet in Center City, Philadelphia, representing both institutional and entrepreneurial landlords. In addition, Mr. Weinerman advises tenants in various industries, including law, technology and pharmaceutical sectors on their workplace strategies and occupancy costs. Mr. Weinerman plays an integral role in the marketing, leasing and strategic planning of SREA’s Center City brokerage group.
Prior to joining SREA, Mr. Weinerman conducted an array of projects as an intern with Brandywine Realty Trust.
Mr. Weinerman received a degree in Finance from Syracuse University – Whitman School of Management. While at Syracuse he was chosen to participate in the GE Leadership program, an exclusive program of 25 students selected within the business school.
At an early age, Mr. Weinerman took a strong interest in philanthropic and charitable organizations. As President and Founder of Syracuse University’s club “Hand-in-Hand,” he led a team of 25 students to host a chicken wing eating contest, teachers versus students. This event received praise and landed him on the cover of the Main Line Times and Main Line Life, along with a feature on the School District television channel. Mr. Weinerman was awarded the “Alex Scott Hometown Hero Award” by World B. Free, of the Philadelphia 76ers, and raised over $10,000 for Fox’s Fight and the Wistar Institute of Philadelphia.
Mr. Weinerman is a member of Jewish Federation Real Estate (JFRE) which provides the most unique opportunities for Philadelphia’s real estate professionals to connect with each other, fulfill their professional goals and participate in impactful philanthropy.
