Amy Orons joined SREA as Director of Operations in June of 2015. Ms. Orons has over twenty (20) years of experience in the real estate industry. She is a member of ICSC, SHRM, and licensed as a Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson.
Prior to joining SREA, Ms. Orons was the Director of Operations and Human Resources for Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc., in Mount Laurel, NJ, where she was responsible for establishing and overseeing company organizational and administrative policies and directing and coordinating all human resources activities. During her 11 years at Metro Commercial, Ms. Orons developed policies and procedures for the Leasing Team and Interns, and was responsible for training and development of all administrative personnel.
Before her tenure with Metro Commercial, Ms. Orons served as Business Manager for The Rubenstein Brokerage Group (“TRBG”), located in Philadelphia. At TRBG, Ms. Orons was responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations for the brokerage team, including budgeting, reporting, marketing, and training.
Prior to joining TRBG, Ms. Orons was the Office Manager of the Anesthesiology Department at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. She also held previous positions at the University of Pennsylvania as Assistant to the Vice President of Human Resources, and at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital as Business Manager of the Respiratory Care Department.
