1515 Market Street

In January 2007, in a joint venture with Hartford-based CBRE Realty Finance, Stockton Real Estate Advisors acquired 1515 Market Street in Center City Philadelphia. The twenty-story, 510,000 square foot office building is located adjacent to City Hall, and affords direct, weather-protected access to the region’s public transportation network. Current tenants include Temple University, the Administrative Office of the Pennsylvania Courts, and a host of legal and corporate users.

Following the acquisition, Stockton has undertaken a dramatic repositioning of the asset to make it one of the premiere locations for Philadelphia’s legal and business community. Renovations include retrofitting entrances, lobbies, corridors, restrooms and other common areas, resulting in a more contemporary look both inside and out.

   




 

3501 Island Avenue

Stockton acquired 3501 Island Avenue in 2008 in a partnership with the Girard Estate. Located just off of Interstate 95 in Philadelphia, the Class A, 85,000 SF light manufacturing / warehouse building is situated on more than ten acres and expend able by another 45,000 SF.  3501 features 19,000 SF of office space, 15,000 SF of conditioned manufacturing floor area, 51,000 SF of warehouse area with 24’ clear height throughout, 10 loading docks, additional cross-docking opportunity, and a drive in bay.
