Fast-growing, commercial real estate company, located in Philadelphia, PA is in search of an Analyst.

The firm invests in commercial real estate and provides owner-oriented marketing, leasing and capitalization guidance to REIT’s, fund managers, institutions, corporations and private investors.

As a real estate investment analyst, the candidate will work with senior management on the underwriting of new investment opportunities and the ongoing analysis of existing investments. The candidate will experience hands-on learning opportunities, continuous mentoring and numerous growth opportunities. Specific responsibilities will include:

• Performing financial analysis and valuations

• Building and using financial models

• Preparing presentation materials

• Interacting with partner, lender and seller counterparts

• Conducting market research

Qualifications will include:

• 3+ years of structured finance, private equity and/or
   commercial real estate experience

• 1-2+ years of experience using Argus software

• 3+ years of advanced Excel modeling experience, including single asset
   and portfolio investments, multiple leverage scenarios, detailed equity
   analysis including complex waterfall scenarios.

• Superior communication skills

• BA required, MBA preferred
